Recipes and blends are developed by our kitchen team; reader mail is answered by the editorial desk. We work remotely, so email beats every other channel.
Postal address
SpicePan is operated as a publishing business. Ad networks and directory verifications require a registered postal address, which will be shown here once the company registration details are finalised. Until then, send anything that would normally go by post to [email protected] and we will acknowledge it in writing.
Response times
Two working days for advertising and legal mail, up to a week for reader messages. Please avoid sending the same message to several addresses; it slows the queue for everyone.
When writing about a recipe, include the page title or URL. When writing about your personal data, include enough detail for us to locate the record – we may need to verify your identity before answering.
